Slowly fermented to perfection, it delights with its light, airy crumb and delicate softness, enhanced by candied fruits and citrus zest that reveal a subtle balance of freshness and indulgence.
The Fine Print
The Vanilla Flower Yule Log is a limited-edition creation, serving 8 to 10 guests. It is available for pick-up at La Bauhinia restaurant from 1st to 31st December 2025, between 11:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
The King’s Cake is a limited-edition creation for 6 guests, available for pick-up at La Bauhinia restaurant from 1st to 31st January 2026, between 11:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance by phone at +33 1 53 67 19 91, by email at labauhinia.slpr@shangri-la.com, or via our website. After your purchase, we will contact you by email to arrange your preferred pick-up time.
